Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, I found the service to be lacking, especially at check-in. The location is convenient for airport access, but the slow Wi-Fi was a major downside. Overall, it served its purpose for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer visits.
I had a rough start at the Grand Rapids location, from wet parking lots to issues with other guests. However, the staff was helpful, and my room was mostly clean with some inconsistencies. The location was decent, but there’s room for improvement in several areas, particularly with amenities and comfort.
I stayed at this motel recently, and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. While the rooms were generally clean, the amenities were lacking and the service left much to be desired. There were significant issues with the front desk staff and overall organization, making my stay far from enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you're in a tight spot for budget accommodations.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the service was exceptional thanks to Ms. Lynn and her team, who made my check-in smooth and welcoming. However, the room was overpriced during the Tulip festival, and the thin walls made it less comfortable than I had hoped. While it was a decent place for a quick stay, I would probably look elsewhere for a longer visit.
